When dealing with Pat or any of the employees, I felt that they were not just aware of my presence but focused on my wants and needs. Each person seemed to be committed to the business of getting me what I desired. Actually, the more problems I presented, the more considerate and determined they became. They performed their work in an excellent manner and were competent in every way. They were obviously dedicated to excellence and I was the beneficiary.
